    Sex scandals has been a normal thing not only in Busia but the whole of Uganda, since the introduction of this WMP seat in Parliament, many families have broken, etc.

      I dont see any sence in this sex rumor..people have always slept around whether there are elections or not. 1 man + 1 woman = 2 votes, can never result in to election victory.
