4. Infrastructure Development: Invest in roads, irrigation systems, and internet connectivity

5. Partnerships and Collaborations: Foster partnerships between local businesses, organizations, and government agencies

6. Youth and Women Empowerment: Targeted programs providing skills, mentorship, and resources

7. Value Addition: Encourage value addition to agricultural products and manufactured goods

9. Monitoring and Evaluation: Regular monitoring and evaluation to ensure program impact and improvement
